1. Platform role

Pebli hosts user-generated content such as photos, daily updates, and messages between kindergartens and families. We are not the author of user content. When we receive a valid notice of alleged copyright infringement, we act expeditiously to review and, where appropriate, restrict access to the material and notify the affected user, consistent with our Terms of Service and applicable law.

2. Required elements of a notice

  • Your full legal name and physical or electronic signature
  • Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed
  • Identification of the material on Pebli that you claim is infringing, with sufficient detail (URL, post ID, or screenshot reference) for us to locate it
  • Your contact information (address, telephone, and email)
  • A statement that you have a good-faith belief that use of the material is not authorized by the rights holder, its agent, or the law
  • A statement, under penalty of perjury where applicable, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the rights holder

3. What happens after we receive a notice

  • We log the notice and assign a reference number
  • We review the claim and locate the referenced content
  • We may remove or disable access to the content or restrict visibility pending review
  • We may notify the user who posted the content and preserve records for legal compliance
  • Repeat infringers may have accounts suspended or terminated

4. In-app reporting

Users may report content for copyright concerns in the Pebli app where reporting tools are available. Reports are reviewed under our Content Moderation Policy.

5. Counter-notification

  • If your content was removed and you believe it was a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice to legal@pebli.app
  • Include your signature, identification of the removed material, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed by mistake, and your consent to jurisdiction
  • We may restore content after the legally required waiting period unless the complainant initiates court proceedings

6. Misrepresentations

Knowingly submitting false infringement notices or counter-notices may result in liability under applicable law. Pebli may terminate accounts that abuse the reporting process.

7. Repeat infringer policy

  • We track valid copyright complaints and related enforcement actions against user accounts.
  • Users who repeatedly upload infringing content may have content removed, features restricted, or accounts permanently terminated.
  • We may suspend or terminate accounts after multiple confirmed violations, at our discretion and as required by applicable law.
  • Rights holders should send notices to legal@pebli.app so we can maintain an accurate enforcement record.
