Community Guidelines
Respectful communication for children and families
These Community Guidelines apply to everyone using Pebli — kindergarten staff, parents, and anyone who posts or messages through the Services. They work together with our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Copyright Policy. Last updated: May 2026.
Respect people
- No harassment, threats, hate speech, or bullying toward staff, parents, or children
- No sharing private information about children or families without consent and a legitimate educational purpose
- No impersonation or fake accounts
Safe & lawful content
- No illegal activity or content that endangers children
- No sexual content involving minors — zero tolerance
- No spam, scams, or misleading communications to families
Photos and children's privacy
- Only share photos of children when your center's policies and parental consent allow it
- Do not post identifying details that could put a child at risk
- Report concerns about inappropriate content via the app or support@pebli.app
Kindergarten responsibility
- Staff accounts must use accurate roles (manager, assistant, admin)
- Organizers are responsible for content their team publishes through Pebli
- Parents should use the parent app for its intended family communication — not for unrelated commercial spam
