support@pebli.app1. Your relationship with us
These Terms form a legally binding agreement with Nexo Labs LLC, which operates the Pebli service and brand. Pebli provides software for early-education centers and families; it is not a childcare provider and does not employ your staff.
- B2C mobile app for parents and guardians to receive attendance, daily care updates, and messages from their child's kindergarten.
- B2B web platform for kindergarten owners, managers, and assistants to manage children, classes, attendance, daily logs, and family communication.
- Communication tools that connect authorized staff with enrolled families under your center's policies.
Use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy and any Community Guidelines we publish.
2. Accepting the Terms
- You can form a binding contract and agree to comply with these Terms.
- You consent to our Privacy Policy and, where applicable, Community Guidelines.
- If acting on behalf of a business, you have authority to bind the entity, which is fully responsible for activity under its Pebli account.
Keep a copy of these Terms for your records. Users under 18 must have parental or guardian consent.
3. Changes to the Terms
We may update these Terms for new features, product changes, or legal reasons. We will update the “Last Updated” date and may provide additional notice for material updates. Continued use means you accept the revised Terms.
4. Your account
- Provide accurate, up-to-date registration information.
- Safeguard login credentials and notify support@pebli.app of unauthorized access.
- Accept responsibility for all activity under the account.
- Understand that Pebli may suspend or terminate accounts that violate policies or create risk.
Accounts may be suspended or terminated for violations. To delete your account email support@pebli.app.
5. Your use of our Services
Illegal or unauthorized use
- Using the Services if you cannot legally agree to the Terms.
- Engaging in unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, or misleading activity.
- Impersonating others or creating fake accounts.
- Trying to access accounts that are not yours.
Misuse & technical abuse
- Using bots, scripts, or crawlers without written consent.
- Reverse engineering, decompiling, or deriving source code.
- Modifying or creating derivative works without approval.
- Selling or commercially exploiting the Platform outside permitted use.
- Interfering with normal operations or bypassing security controls.
Harmful or prohibited content
- Violent, hateful, harassing, or discriminatory content.
- Threats, incitement, or self-harm promotion.
- Sexual content involving minors or violating child protection laws.
- Sharing private information without consent.
- Infringing intellectual property or privacy rights.
- Uploading malware, viruses, spam, or misleading promotions.
Content or behavior that breaks these rules may be removed, and access may be restricted at our discretion.
6. Subscription fees and billing
Kindergarten and daycare operators using the B2B dashboard subscribe to a plan (Starter, Pro, Premium, or Enterprise). Fees are charged according to the plan and billing period you select at checkout or in your account, unless we have agreed different rates with you in writing (for example, a custom enterprise agreement).
B2B subscriptions
Subscription prices, included features, and usage limits (such as number of kindergartens, children, or staff users) are shown during onboarding or on the change-plan screen. All product features are included in every plan; limits apply to capacity only unless stated otherwise.
Parent app
The Pebli parent mobile app is provided to enrolled families as part of your center's use of Pebli. We do not charge parents separate platform fees for standard communication features described in your plan.
Changes, taxes, and questions
- We may adjust these rates or introduce fees for new capabilities. We will update these Terms and/or provide notice as described in Section 3. Continued use after the effective date of changes constitutes acceptance, except where mandatory law requires otherwise.
- Stated fees are exclusive of applicable taxes, duties, or levies unless we say otherwise.
- For questions about how amounts appear in your dashboard or payouts, contact us at support@pebli.app.
7. Subscription payments, refunds, and billing disputes
This Section governs B2B subscription payments processed for Nexo Labs LLC through our payment processor (currently Stripe, Inc. and its partners). By subscribing, you authorize charges for the selected plan and billing period. Refunds and cancellations follow the product flows and any mandatory consumer or distance-selling rules that apply to you. This Section is read together with Section 6 (subscription fees).
- Authorization. By completing a payment in the app or on the site, you authorize us and our payment processor to charge the selected payment method for the amount shown at checkout, plus any applicable taxes, and to use your payment and transaction data as described in the Privacy Policy and the processor’s terms.
- No advice of tax or regulatory treatment. Stated prices and fees are not tax advice. You are responsible for your own tax reporting and for determining whether a transaction is a taxable supply in your situation.
- Refunds and credits. Where a refund or credit is required under our subscription rules or applicable law, we will process it through the original payment method when practicable. Banking timelines depend on your card issuer and the processor.
- Plan changes. Upgrades, downgrades, and cancellations are handled in the dashboard or via support. Access may continue until the end of a paid period unless otherwise stated at checkout.
- User-requested changes. Contact support@pebli.app with your organization name and payment reference for billing questions not resolved in the product.
- Chargebacks and payment disputes. You agree to attempt in good faith to resolve payment issues with us before initiating a card chargeback or “buyer protection” claim, when such informal resolution is reasonable. If a chargeback or similar reversal is filed, we may provide the processor and the financial institution with information about the transaction, update billing and subscription records, suspend or set off access where permitted, and recover amounts incorrectly reversed. Inappropriate, repetitive, or fraudulent chargebacks or disputes may result in account closure or other enforcement.
- Relationship to Section 6. Subscription fees and plan limits are as described in Section 6 and as reflected in your account.
- Liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for banking delays, processor outages, or foreign-exchange differences that affect the timing or amount of a credit to your account; our aggregate liability for payment and refund issues remains subject to the limitations in Section 13 (Limitation of liability).
- Mandatory law. If the laws of your place of residence or the place of payment include rights that cannot be contractually limited (including certain cooling-off, disclosure, or refund rights for consumers), those provisions prevail over inconsistent language in this Section 7 in the required scope; the rest remains in full force to the maximum extent permitted.
Pebli content
Software, code, designs, interfaces, logos, trademarks, text, graphics, and visuals belong to or are licensed by Pebli and are protected by intellectual property laws.
- Limited, revocable license to use the Services for personal or legitimate business purposes when following these Terms.

8. Messages and family communication
Staff may send updates, notifications, and messages to enrolled families through Pebli. Treat families respectfully, share only information appropriate for your educational role, and follow your center's policies on photos and children's data. Pebli may review communications for safety, moderation, or legal reasons where permitted.
9. Childcare operations and our role
Pebli is software for kindergartens and families. We do not provide childcare, employ your staff, or supervise children on site. Health, safety, licensing, and daily care at your physical location remain your responsibility as the operator.
- Pebli is a technology platform, not a childcare provider or regulator.
- You are responsible for compliance with applicable education, childcare, and privacy laws.
- Attendance and daily logs in Pebli support your operations but do not replace required regulatory records unless you configure them for that purpose.
- Disputes about on-site care are between families and your center, not with Pebli, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
- Information you enter about children and families must be accurate and used only for legitimate educational communication.
10. Kindergarten operator responsibilities
- Provide accurate kindergarten profile and contact information.
- Remain responsible for actions of managers, assistants, and other users on your account.
- Use personal data solely for legitimate early-education purposes and comply with privacy laws.

- Suspend or terminate user or organizer accounts.
- Take legal or technical steps to protect the Platform.
- Work with law enforcement when required or to prevent harm.
12. Disclaimers
- Services are provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without warranties.
- We do not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, or error-free operation.
- We are not responsible for on-site childcare, health, or safety decisions made by kindergarten operators or their staff.
- Pebli is a software platform and not a party to agreements between families and kindergartens regarding enrollment, fees, or daily care.
- Pebli and Nexo Labs LLC do not operate childcare facilities, employ your staff, or supervise children on site. Those are solely the responsibility of the kindergarten operator.
13. Limitation of liability
- Pebli is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
- No liability for lost profits, revenue, business, or data.
- We are not responsible for damages caused by other users or decisions made by kindergarten operators or staff.
- To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for claims or losses related to on-site childcare, health or safety incidents, or conduct of kindergarten operators or their staff.
- Aggregate liability is limited to amounts you paid Pebli (if any) in the 12 months before the claim or incident giving rise to the claim.
14. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Pebli, Nexo Labs LLC, and their affiliates from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:
- Your use of the Services.
- Your User Content.
- Your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
- Your interactions with users, families, or kindergarten operators, including on-site care disputes in which you are involved as a user of the Services.
- Payment, refund, and chargeback-related claims connected to your transactions through the Services, except to the extent mandatory law cannot limit indemnity.
15. Termination
- Pebli may suspend or terminate access if you violate Terms, create risk, or if we discontinue the Services.
- You may stop using the Services and request account deletion at any time.
- Provisions covering intellectual property, liability, indemnity, and governing law survive termination.
16. Governing law & disputes
Unless required otherwise by mandatory law, these Terms are governed by the laws of Israel, with disputes resolved in the courts of Tel Aviv. You consent to their jurisdiction.
17. Changes to the Services
We may change, update, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services without liability. We appreciate feedback to keep improving.
18. Other legal terms
Pebli acts as a technology intermediary under Israeli law. We do not initiate user content, edit it as publisher, or endorse it. We maintain reasonable notice-and-action procedures (reports, moderation queue, audit logs) and act promptly on valid complaints. See our Copyright Policy and Content Moderation Policy.
These Terms, the Privacy Policy, Copyright Policy, Content Moderation Policy, and any applicable guidelines constitute the full agreement.
If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining sections stay in effect.
Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of that right.
We may assign our rights and obligations; you need written consent to assign yours.
