After subscription payment succeeds

What happens once checkout completes and how to reach your dashboard.

Successful payment unlocks your plan features. You may still need to finish profile and roster steps.

Recommended next steps

  1. Return to Sign in and log in with the email you used at checkout.
  2. Complete remaining onboarding items (logo, address, first class).
  3. Add a child and record test attendance so your team can validate the flow.

If payment succeeded but access looks wrong, email support@pebli.app with your kindergarten name and Stripe session ID from the receipt.
