Reset a forgotten password

Use the Forgot password flow from the sign-in page to receive a code and choose a new password.

If you cannot sign in, Pebli can email you a verification code so you can set a new password.

What to do

  1. On the Sign in page, click Forgot your password?
  2. Enter the email tied to your staff account and request the reset code.
  3. Enter the code from email, then choose a new password that meets the complexity rules.
  4. Sign in with the new password — your role and kindergarten access stay the same.

If email never arrives, check spam and confirm you used the registered address.
