Reset a forgotten password
Use the Forgot password flow from the sign-in page to receive a code and choose a new password.
If you cannot sign in, Pebli can email you a verification code so you can set a new password.
What to do
- On the Sign in page, click Forgot your password?
- Enter the email tied to your staff account and request the reset code.
- Enter the code from email, then choose a new password that meets the complexity rules.
- Sign in with the new password — your role and kindergarten access stay the same.
If email never arrives, check spam and confirm you used the registered address.
